Etoilo Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Etoilo platform (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. About Etoilo

Etoilo is a web-based platform that uses artificial intelligence to help businesses automatically respond to online customer reviews.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Etoilo. You must also own or manage a verified Google Business Profile to connect your account.

4. User Accounts and Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Google’s terms.

5. Use of Google APIs

Etoilo uses the Google Business Profile API to access and manage your Google reviews. Your use of Etoilo must comply with:

• Google API Services User Data Policy

• Google OAuth Limited Use Requirements

• All other relevant Google terms and conditions

We access only the data you authorize during Google login and use it strictly for review response functionality.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Etoilo to:

• Post spam, offensive, or misleading responses

• Attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data

• Reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit the App

• Violate Google or any third-party terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and technology on Etoilo are the intellectual property of Etoilo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

8. Modifications to the Service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the App at any time without notice. We are not liable for any impact such changes may have on your use of the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Etoilo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Etoilo and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

11. Termination

You may stop using Etoilo at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or poses a risk to the service or other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
